Job Summary
Doughnut Decorator / Processor at Krispy Kreme is responsible for processing, finishing, and packaging products according to brand standards, inspecting quality, applying fillings/icing/glazes/toppings, and maintaining shop operations and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include restocking and monitoring front display, maintaining waste logs, providing friendly guest service, upselling when appropriate, conducting shop tours, cross-training in retail/sanitation/load-out, and adhering to production and sanitation procedures. Requires strong organization and communication, basic math and literacy, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen; ability to work in a fast-paced shop with variable early-morning, night, weekend, and holiday schedules.
