Job Summary
Inspect products for quality, apply fillings and toppings per approved recipes, and package goods attractively according to brand standards. Monitor hot light hours, restock the front showcase, and maintain accurate waste logs. Provide guest service, answer product questions, assist with large orders, and conduct shop tours when requested. Keep production areas clean, sanitize equipment, and cross-train in retail and sanitation functions. Work primarily in shop production areas during fast-paced shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Lifting and carrying ranges: 51–75 lbs: Seldom; team-lift only
- Pushing and pulling approximately 10–40 lbs of force occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, handling, decorating, and packaging products
- Exposure to heat, noise, wet or slippery surfaces, and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
