Job Summary
Doughnut Decorator / Processor at Krispy Kreme is responsible for processing, finishing, and packaging products to brand standards, inspecting quality, applying fillings, icing, glazes, and toppings, and placing products on appropriate racks. The role supports shop operations by maintaining cleanliness, monitoring hot light hours, restocking front showcase, and maintaining waste logs. It also involves guest-service duties, upselling, and providing product information, with cross-training in retail, sanitation, and load-out functions. The position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, basic math and literacy abilities, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Work involves standing for extended periods, potential early morning/nights/weekends/holidays, and a fast-paced shop environment in Mesa, AZ.
