Job Summary
Inspect products for quality, apply fillings and toppings per approved recipes, and package items attractively according to brand standards. Monitor products during hot light hours, restock the front showcase, and maintain accurate waste logs. Provide guest service, answer product questions, and assist with carrying orders. Keep production and packaging areas clean, sanitize equipment, and sweep floors. Cross-train in retail, sanitation, and load-out functions as assigned. This role supports shop operations at Krispy Kreme, ensuring high-quality, fresh products while reflecting brand standards in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules.
