Job Summary
Inspect products for quality, apply fillings and toppings per approved recipes, and package items attractively according to brand standards. Monitor products during hot light hours, restock the front showcase, and maintain accurate waste logs. Provide guest service by answering questions, engaging in suggestive selling, and assisting with orders. Keep production and packaging areas clean, sanitize equipment, and cross-train in retail and sanitation functions as needed. Work primarily in shop production areas with frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals. Early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays are based on business needs.

- Exposure to heat, noise, wet or slippery surfaces, and cleaning chemicals
- Fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
