Job Summary
Inspect products for quality, apply fillings, icing, glazes, and toppings per approved recipes, and package items attractively according to brand standards. Monitor products during Hot Light hours, restock the front showcase, and maintain accurate waste logs. Provide guest service by answering questions, engaging in suggestive selling, and assisting with large orders. Keep production and packaging areas clean, sanitize equipment and work surfaces, and perform assigned cleaning tasks. This role supports shop operations by maintaining product quality and cleanliness while reflecting Krispy Kreme's high standards.
