Job Summary
Inspect products for quality, apply fillings and toppings per approved recipes, and package goods attractively according to brand standards. Monitor hot light hours, restock production areas, and maintain waste logs while ensuring the front showcase remains full and appealing. Provide courteous guest service, answer product questions, assist with large orders, and conduct shop tours when assigned. Maintain a clean, sanitary processing area by sanitizing equipment, sweeping floors, and cleaning restrooms. Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with variable schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
