Job Summary
Provide effective technical support for processing tasks and resolve client issues via phone/email, document user information and issues, update availability in systems, track and resolve queries within contract SLAs, utilize knowledge bases, escalate to Team Leader when needed, deliver proactive customer service, assist users with navigating product menus, troubleshoot with a user-friendly approach, maintain logs and records per procedures, and participate in product trainings to stay current with features and changes.
