Job Summary
Processor - Wares (Part Time) drives donor interactions and merchandise processing: greet donors, issue receipts, sort and price donations, hang garments, rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, observe safety policies, and assist customers. Responsibilities include evaluating donation quality, labeling and organizing hangers, presenting merchandise per merchandising policies, and assisting in color rotation and customer inquiries. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, perform basic math related to cash handling, operate a barcode scanner, and maintain a professional appearance; no certifications required. Prior retail/stock handling experience is preferred and basic computer skills are needed to perform daily tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and beginner knowledge of utilizing a barcode scanner.
