Job Summary
Sort, process, and stock softline and hardline goods including clothing, household items, and furniture. Price and tag items to achieve highest dollar return while maintaining quality standards. Generate a minimum of $10,000 in store sales during every two-week production period. Perform duties as a Barcoder, Donation-Utility Associate, Material Handler, Baler, or Warehouse Helper as assigned. Stock the sales floor, keep work areas clean and orderly, and assist customers or donors with donations and merchandise. Work a flexible schedule on short notice, including nights, weekends, and occasionally long hours.
