Job Summary
Night shift Processor position at Schreiber Foods in Grand Rapids, MI. Responsibilities include understanding and following production and changeover schedules, planning and scheduling transfers, performing Clean-In-Place with Filler, Blending, and Separator operators, maintaining and sanitizing equipment and work areas to meet MSS/5S standards, monitoring sterile and non-sterile zones for leaks, completing batch records and GDP documentation, identifying CCPs and monitoring parameters (temperature, pressure, time), troubleshooting processing equipment and aseptic tanks, participating in shift exchanges and team meetings, and adhering to GMP/SOPs. Requires the ability to work with dairy and nut products and to obtain required certifications (LOTO, Better Process Control School) post-hire. The role is a full-time night shift with a rotating schedule (6:45 pm – 7:00 am). Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Ability to be Lockout Tagout (LOTO) certified
- Better Process Control School Certification required post-hire
