Job Summary
Prepare and process Federal Student Aid and military funds for current learners in accordance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Review verification documents, ISIRs, and learner data to clear C-codes, Unusual Enrollment History, and conflicting information before disbursement. Make determinations on special circumstances to escalate files for supervisor judgment and calculate Return of Title IV funds for withdrawn learners. Review Satisfactory Academic Progress each semester to determine continued eligibility. Utilize databases including COD, NSLDS, and CPS to ensure compliance. Serve as a subject matter expert to develop training content and identify process improvements. Requires two years of experience in Federal Student Aid or military funding and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalent
- Associate degree from an accredited institution
- At least two years of experience in Federal Student Aid and/or military funding at an institution of higher learning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
