Job Summary
This role involves efficient processing of materials to fulfill customer orders, including unloading materials and reloading after processing. Responsibilities include matching and applying components per instructions, applying RFID devices, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and performing cross training. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, experience, and advanced proficiency in production standards. Physical stamina for prolonged standing, lifting, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience as a Processor III or equivalent experience
- Capable of advanced proficiency in production standards
- Finger dexterity and ability to measure and read a ruler
- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Accurate counting and good eyesight
- Flexibility in decisions regarding safety in handling materials
- Effective communication with co-workers
- Adherence to company rules and policies
- Physical ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work in a production environment with varied temperatures and conditions such as noise, dust, and adhesives
- Subject to scheduled overtime based on production needs
