Job Summary
Processor I manages verification of employment documents for drivers, coordinates with Safety and Leasing to finalize driver qualification files, sets up drug screens, ensures results are received, transfers candidate records from Tenstreet to Synergize, maintains confidentiality and compliance with DOT and company regulations, and communicates with drivers, recruiters, safety teams, and internal departments to drive onboarding and accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experience in trucking/logistics preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with verification processes (employment, driving records)
- Familiarity with DOT/regulatory compliance
- Experience with Tenstreet and Synergize (or similar systems) beneficial
