Grade, sorts, classifies, receives, stores, and distributes agricultural food products by type, size, weight, and condition within the facility; conveys product between receiving/production and storage areas; marks and records product; weighs/counts items to ensure conformance to standards; operates equipment to load/unload and start/stop machinery; dislodges jams and handles bins/crates; maintains production/processing records; reads schedules and orders to determine items to move; opens/seals crates and containers; stacks produce for storage or shipment; collects crop samples; runs mill for specified time; manages inflow/outflow; maintains a clean, orderly work area; has the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends; forklift certification is beneficial but not required; physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds, and exposure to moving machinery and outdoor conditions.
