Job Summary
Conduct process quality checks per procedure and by request of Production, Quality, and Line Structure leaders. Perform Daily Management System standards including CILs, FSILs, CLs, and defect handling. Operate cohesively with Line 1 Process Technician team members managing functions from L1 Evenflows through the L1 Fryer. Engage in scheduled AMD activities while adhering to Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice programs. Work under a rotating schedule in a noisy environment with temperatures varying from hot to cold. Lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitious arm, wrist, and hand movements. Requires Lock-out/Tag-out qualification and proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Trained and qualified in L1 Processing, ADR, and Fryer positions
- Team member must be Lock-out/Tag-out qualified
- Must be able to communicate, comprehend, and follow instructions in English (both written and oral)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for job actions and procedures
- Ability to operate work related equipment
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing, or related field, preferred
