Job Summary
Processing Technician responsible for operating and troubleshooting plastic injection molding equipment, identifying molding vs. machine issues, recording production data, implementing corrective actions, coordinating color/material changes, and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with ISO/cGMP policies. Requires familiarity with injection-molding processes, ability to work with cross-functional teams, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and physical ability to stand, lift, and maneuver during production.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior plastic injection molding experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds; good hand-eye coordination; able to work independently and in a team; analyze and improve processes; read and interpret information; effective communication with coworkers and customers
