Job Summary
As part of Torani’s first-ever sauce production team, operate and monitor equipment across multiple processing areas to ensure ingredients flow correctly, maintain viscosity and color, and verify allergen management and sanitation standards. You will support the maintenance team by troubleshooting kettles, agitators, pumps, and sensors; coordinate with filler operators; manage batching systems and pasteurizers; oversee quality checks from batch processing through to bottling, and uphold strict food-safety practices. Requires 2+ years in food/beverage manufacturing, experience with thermal processing equipment, GMP/HACCP knowledge, ability to work on the 2nd shift (1–9 pm) and lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing
- Experience operating thermal processing equipment and pasteurizers
- Better Process Control School (BPCS)
- Understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety documentation
- Comfortable working with perishable ingredients and managing cold storage
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- M–F, 2nd Shift, 1 – 9 pm, plus overtime as needed
