Job Summary
Sort and grade donations to determine sellable items, identifying high-end or designer quality pieces for special pricing. Track production targets, complete production sheets per SOPs, and transport merchandise to and from the sales floor for shelving. Maintain tidy displays, remove rotated stock, and assist retail team members with wrapping or bagging at cash registers. Provide world-class customer service to all patrons while prioritizing safety in all tasks. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, demonstrating teamwork and accountability within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Minimum age of 15 or older
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- The ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends
- The ability to perform physical work on a continual basis
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of designer labels, collectibles and antiques
