Job Summary
Supervise and direct the daily activities of the production team, managing inventory tracking systems to monitor deliveries and stock levels. Analyze inventory levels to anticipate shortages and communicate targets and progress to team members. Assist in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training, while regularly observing, coaching, and recognizing staff for performance. Maintain high standards of merchandise condition, pricing, freshness, and shop-ability, and support the General Manager with sales and marketing promotions. Address donor assistance, complaints, and asset safeguarding, ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and loss prevention policies. Perform additional duties as assigned, including managing production processes when the Assistant Store Manager is unavailable. Mostly regular and weekend hours, occasionally working evenings and holiday hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or key holder role in retail or industrial processing
- Basic mathematical, reading comprehension, and computer skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Mostly regular and weekend hours, occasionally working evenings and holiday hours as needed
