Job Summary
Supervise and direct the daily activities of the production team, managing inventory tracking systems and analyzing stock levels to anticipate shortages. Conduct hands-on audits, quality control checks, and coaching sessions to maintain high standards of merchandise condition and donor experience. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training while scheduling team members according to labor requirements. Address customer complaints, support sales promotions, and uphold loss prevention and safety policies. Perform all processing tasks and make operational decisions when the Assistant Store Manager or General Manager is unavailable. Work mostly regular and weekend hours, occasionally covering evenings and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or key holder role in retail or industrial processing
- Basic mathematical, reading comprehension, and computer skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Mostly regular and weekend hours, occasionally working evenings and holiday hours as needed
