Job Summary
Support inventory overbooking, review software tickets for accuracy, and track Will Call orders while resolving root issues on equipment and supply discrepancies. Manage RL&F surplus inventory, initiate false book ticketing for damaged items, and oversee procurement for internal operations supplies. Coordinate with Field Operations, Production Managers, and Sales Teams to facilitate events, manage project-based assignments with full costing, and ensure adherence to divisional inventory policies. Act as a liaison between key stakeholders to maintain consistent delivery of equipment in good repair.
