Job Summary

Lead and oversee liquid egg processing operations, including supervising supervisors and technicians; coordinate processing, food safety, sanitation, and maintenance; drive improvements in processing methods, equipment performance, and product quality; manage cross-functional collaboration with production and FSQ to ensure GMP/SQF adherence; develop schedules to optimize productive time and minimize overtime; maintain preventive maintenance programs and participate in SQF audits; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety programs; collaborate with USDA/FSIS inspectors and address performance issues through progressive discipline; requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong leadership, bilingual (Spanish a plus), and experience in egg processing and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Technology or a related field
  • A lesser degree of education might be accepted with equivalent experience
  • Ability to train employees
  • Knowledge of egg grading process
  • Knowledge of all functions in the breaking room
  • OSHA regulations and their application
  • Polished and flexible oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required
  • Ability to conceive and write standard operating procedures
