Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the St. Vincent Center processing department and Food Bank support areas, overseeing donation intake, presorting, pricing, recycling preparation, and merchandise flow; manage staff and volunteers, support production goals, and ensure safe, efficient, mission-driven operations aligned with revenue objectives; develop systems to improve staff coordination, workflow, productivity, and quality control; oversee recycling and salvage operations, logistics, and donation coordination; collaborate with leadership and across departments to maintain operational effectiveness; requires strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills, plus forklift certification and a valid WA driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of forklift operator training and evaluation
- Valid driver’s license and required minimum liability insurance for Washington State
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance when required
