Job Summary
Processing Intake Specialist (Part-Time) at GraceWorks Ministries in Franklin, TN. Responsibilities include receiving and sorting in-kind donations at the donation entryway of Graceworks Franklin and Fairview stores, greeting donors and delivery personnel, maintaining organization of the donation space, assisting with replenishment of retail floor merchandise, lifting/sorting/ pricing inventory, assisting with training intake volunteers, and providing receipts to donors. Requires High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record; must be physically able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for up to the entire shift. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential; retail experience preferred. Schedule typically Monday through Saturday, 8am–4pm with possible later closing shifts.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to entire shift
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Donor and customer service sensitivity
- Good judgment
