Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor per established procedures. Support store recovery, uphold merchandising standards, and participate in shrink reduction and safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lift heavy objects, and a flexible schedule to support business needs. Located at a Homesense store in Missouri City, TX, with a starting pay of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
