Job Summary
Manage 40–60 active client files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Work directly with lending partners to place, process, and fund transactions, and collaborate with the sales team to package complete files for lender submission. Serve as the primary conduit between internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the funding process. Track, label, and maintain accurate submission, approval, and funding data within CRM and internal systems, including Salesforce. Review files for completeness, proactively request missing documentation, and monitor deal progress to identify and resolve roadblocks. Deliver high-level customer service and professionalism when communicating with all stakeholders.
