Job Summary
Processing Associate position in-person at GraceWorks Ministries in Franklin, TN. Responsibilities include receiving, sorting and pricing in-kind donations, greeting donors and delivery personnel, maintaining organized donation space, assisting with replenishment of retail floor merchandise, lifting and moving inventory (up to 50 lbs), training intake volunteers, and communicating GraceWorks story to visitors. Must be able to stand for full shifts, work Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm with possible later closing shifts, and operate in a retail/warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Retail experience preferred
