Job Summary
Accurately identify and manage all floral varieties stocked in the cooler. Receive, unpack, cut, hydrate, and process incoming flower shipments daily. Monitor and ensure the quality of flowers stored in the coolers. Pick and prepare floral products efficiently for the design team and deliveries. Keep the processing area and flower cooler clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations. This role requires physical capability to work in a 32°F cooler for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. A valid driver's license and ability to operate cargo vans and box trucks safely are essential. Flexible availability including Saturdays is required. Candidates must pass a drug test and background check.

- Valid Driver's License (CDL not required).
- Clean driving record with no DUIs or DWIs (must meet insurance requirements).
- Ability to drive cargo vans and box trucks safely.
- Tobacco-free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hours
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
