Job Summary
Monitor current inventory levels and staffing to meet customer-specific SLA requirements, while independently engaging in service recovery for escalated issues. Oversee real-time responses to events and incidents, including technical outages and facility closures, and escalate to appropriate teams as needed. Facilitate regular calls with region supervisors to review target statuses, program volumes, and trends, and analyze staffing model results to recommend workforce pivots such as early outs or schedule changes. Design and maintain databases tracking key service statistics and approve work schedules and overtime requests. Operate as the subject matter expert on scheduling practices and functions within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication, both verbal and written, and the ability to determine the proper medium of communication based on issues at hand
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of statistics, trend analysis, and forecasting
