Job Summary
Lead Supply Chain systems integration and ERP implementations, focusing on Supply Chain Planning and Logistics. Drive the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Kinaxis (Maestro) Central Planning platform across North America. Act as the key liaison between IT, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs. Champion systemic toolsets to standardize workflows and optimize operational effectiveness across all facilities. Participate in full project lifecycles from design through integration and change management. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Information Systems required with five years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems and / or General Business
- Five (5) or more years of supply chain, warehousing, materials management, and /or distribution
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and other supply chain management software
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
- Willingness to travel based off project requirements and needs
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Kinaxis (Maestro) System integration experience
- Solid project management and organizational skills
