Job Summary
Process Worker role in West Wyalong focusing on hands-on production tasks across the processing operation. Responsibilities include stacking and wrapping pallets, picking and packing eggs into cartons, loading cartons onto conveyors, operating processing equipment, general cleaning and housekeeping, handling by-products and waste materials, and working both independently and as part of a team. The role requires manual handling, repetitive tasks, standing and bending, and occasional forklift support. Flexible roster with AM/PM shifts and availability seven days a week; full shift flexibility and willingness to learn different areas of the operation. Must hold a current Australian Manual Driver's Licence; Forklift Licence is highly regarded. Safety-conscious with pre-employment medical required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a processing, manufacturing, agricultural or labouring environment is highly regarded
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical work including lifting, bending and repetitive tasks
- Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence (essential)
- Confidence operating manual vehicles and reversing trailers
- Forklift Licence highly regarded
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and company procedures
- Successful completion of a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
