As a Process Worker in the Mineral Processing team, you will prepare and finish high-quality cast metal products, which involves removing excess material, performing basic welding, heat treatment, and painting tasks, operating cranes and forklifts (if ticketed), and ensuring clean and safe work areas. The role requires physical fitness due to regular lifting of up to 20kg and may include rotating shift work. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and have strong teamwork skills.
