Process Worker - Boner (Secondary Processing 1)

Process Worker role responsible for meat processing tasks including cutting, grading, deboning, packing poultry; rotate through packing, carton making, bird grading, and tub washing; inspect poultry for quality and identify defects; operate and maintain processing equipment; ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and weighing; follow SOPs to meet production targets; adhere to GMP, HACCP, and OH&S guidelines; perform quality checks and maintain hygienic work areas; report non-conforming products and equipment issues; wear appropriate PPE and participate in safety training; collaborate with supervisors, team members, and QA personnel; adapt to different tasks as required.
