Job Summary
Process Worker conducts poultry processing tasks including cutting, grading, deboning, and packing; rotates through packing, carton making, bird grading, and tub washing; inspects poultry for quality and ensures accurate labeling, packaging, and weighing to meet company specs; adheres to GMP, HACCP, and OH&S guidelines with PPE; performs quality checks and reports non-conformities; collaborates with supervisors, team members, and QA personnel to meet production targets in a safe, hygienic processing environment.
