Job Summary
Conduct steam blows, line warm-ups, and customer steam line startups while performing weekly steam line walkdowns and quarterly steam trap audits. Rebuild and repair primary and secondary sump pumps, complete sootblower preventive maintenance, and clean heat exchangers for HVAC, boiler, and CEMS systems. Charge glycol systems, maintain air compressor filters, and perform minor repairs using welding, light fabrication, and plumbing skills. Provide vacation relief and shift coverage for absent operators, assist during nighttime repairs and plant upsets, and lead contractor groups during outages. Serve as a confined space rescue team entry supervisor and address turbine generator issues reported through Teams. Work evening shifts in industrial environments, lifting 50 pounds and climbing ladders, with pay ranging from $33.22 to $44.18 USD per hour.
Required Qualifications

- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and manual handling of tools/equipment
