Job Summary
Develop new capabilities, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency through automation, integration, and connection using MS Power Platform. Assist in strategic program support for process automation, data analytics, and change management while bringing transformation tools and improvements to clients. Obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance, with an active Public Trust or Suitability preferred. Requires a Bachelor's degree and three or more years of experience in business analytics, management, or process improvement, including one year with Power Platform. Annual salary range is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.

- Ability to Obtain Public Trust
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum THREE (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement
- ONE (1) or more years' experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'
Desired Qualifications
- Active PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY
- Active CBP or ICE Public Trust or higher clearance
- Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies
- Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)
- Tableau or BI software experience
- R or Python software experience
