Job Summary
Conduct process and domain training for new hires and existing employees in US Healthcare RCM, covering Credentialing, AR Calling, Charge Entry, and Payment Posting. Prepare training materials, SOPs, process documents, and assessment modules while monitoring trainee performance to provide feedback for continuous improvement. Deliver refresher sessions, mock exams, and knowledge enhancement programs, coordinating with Operations and Quality teams to identify training gaps. Provide floor support for process-related queries and track training effectiveness through reports and MIS. Ensure adherence to client requirements and internal compliance standards while supporting process transitions and knowledge transfer activities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation
- Minimum experience in US Healthcare RCM
- hands-on exposure to Credentialing
- hands-on exposure to AR Calling
- hands-on exposure to Charge Entry
- hands-on exposure to Payment Posting
- Strong understanding of RCM workflows
- knowledge of healthcare terminologies
- Excellent communication skills
