Job Summary

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for Data Verification Analysts; manage onboarding, nesting (OJT), and refresher training; act as SME; create and maintain training materials, SOPs, quick-reference guides, assessments, and knowledge-base articles; perform Training Needs Analysis, track trainee performance, and conduct RCA-based improvements; collaborate with Quality/Audit and Operations; participate in client calls to discuss training and knowledge transfer; leverage MS Office and AI tools; preferred candidates hold a related Bachelor’s degree and formal training certifications; LMS experience and ADDIE-based instructional design are a plus; Hyderabad-based, full-time role.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in a fast-paced operational environment, with at least 1-2 years in a Process Trainer, SME, or Senior Quality Analyst role.
  • Process Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of data verification, data processing, or a similar detail-oriented operational process.
  • Communication: Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyse quality data and identify root causes.
  • Coaching: Demonstrable ability to provide constructive, actionable feedback and coach employees for performance.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and AI tools.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Formal "Train the Trainer" certification (preferred)
  • Experience with instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE model) (preferred)
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) (preferred)
  • Experience in a BPO or shared services environment (preferred)
  • Experience with AI tools, JIRA, Document Review applications (e.g., 4IG, Canopy, E-Discovery, Relativity) (preferred)
  • 3-5+ years in a fast-paced operational environment
  • 1-2 years in a Process Trainer, SME, or Senior Quality Analyst role (preferred)
