Job Summary
Conduct new hire training for insurance sales processes and deliver refresher sessions to address performance gaps. Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements while monitoring progress through assessments, mock calls, and role plays. Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify training needs, develop SOPs and documentation, and report effectiveness using KPIs such as conversion rate and AHT. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and stay updated with process changes and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of insurance products
- Proven experience in sales training within a BPO or contact center
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
