Process Trainee-Financial Advisory Support Role supports a team of financial advisors by managing and organizing digital marketing tools, maintaining social media platforms (Facebook & LinkedIn), updating advisor websites, enabling Drip Marketing & Prospecting for advisor practices through LinkedIn, and conducting related research to upscale the service team. The role emphasizes protecting client data, adhering to SLAs/KRAs, and contributing to content creation and management of social media channels. Strong communication skills and familiarity with financial planning concepts (mutual funds, insurance, retirement services) are advantageous; the position requires evening hours and full-time engagement in an India-based business unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/ MBA
- 0-2 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing sector as an associate/ analyst
- Willing to work evening hours: 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30am to 6pm CST)
- Good communication skills - Proven written and oral communication skills with client service orientation
