Job Summary
Lead the Global TPU/Medical Process Technology team across engineering, productivity initiatives, and scale-up activities. Develop and implement Most Effective Technology (MET) processes, partner with R&D and tollers to advance METPlus and Prime pipelines, drive global productivity and continuous improvement, and ensure successful process development, risk management (FMEA), and project management across Engineered Polymers manufacturing locations. Focus on standardization of best practices, driving Lean Six Sigma improvements, and building a high-competency global engineering team with strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Emphasize first-principles chemistry/engineering, data-driven decision making, and integration of digitization and AI tools to accelerate learning and improve METBase performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university, or an advanced degree in Chemistry with 7+ years of chemical manufacturing experience.
- Three to four years of experience managing high level Engineers is a plus.
- Seven plus years of experience in process development and/or manufacturing.
