Process Technology Engineer

Implement changes to enhance process capability and eliminate losses on equipment by driving standards and problem-solving. Coordinate with the technical center and key learning plant to solve issues, upgrade processes, and achieve project objectives using systematic techniques. Specify and define product specifications while maintaining control charts, machine settings, and SOPs. Monitor plant processability, analyze weekly and monthly data, and design systems to reduce waste. Identify critical parameters, steer process stability, and manage corrective actions. Support shop floor quality improvements, manage Bekaert procedures and documents, and conduct customer complaint analysis with 8D reports. Coordinate new employee and refresher training, develop PFDs and FMEAs, and handle new machine installation and troubleshooting.
