Job Summary
Independent process technician operating injection molding machines (10-1000T) with responsibility for mold changes, setup, calibration, and process troubleshooting. Performs TPM on presses, documents changes to cycles and logs, and communicates issues to the Shift Supervisor. Provides hands-on technical support, assists in training other technicians, and helps diagnose production problems, determine root causes, and implement adjustments. Requires strong trouble shooting skills, the ability to follow standard work, and experience with robotics and clean-room operations. 5+ years of injection molding experience preferred; must be willing to work off shift and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ Years experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician in an Injection Molding Facility (10-1000T)
- Experience in medical molding operations and robots
- Must provide own tools
- Minimize equipment down-time
- Familiarity with clean room operations
- Ability to start & troubleshoot molding machines and robots
- Capable of reading and understanding blue prints
- Must be willing to work off shift and overtime
