Job Summary
Operate injection molding machines to set up processes and optimize cycle times, ensuring safety and quality. Collaborate with QC to resolve non-conforming product challenges, maintain all equipment, report cycle-time status to scheduling, and train operators. Maintain housekeeping and work area, and consult with the team supervisor on technical issues; follow policies and participate in training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Process Technician preferred.
- Experience with injection molding processing on presses.
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice within the Medical or Food Industry.
- Experience working with a variety of mold machines and robots for injection molding machines.
