Job Summary
Keep injection molding machines and robots running on schedule with production times by making process adjustments to ensure quality parts. Set and perform preventative maintenance on molds. The role involves physical demands including standing, sitting, reaching, grasping for long periods, and lifting up to 50lbs. This position requires 2+ years of injection molding experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer literacy. Paulson and/or RJG certifications are a plus. Candidates must be open to collaborating with a team to maximize production at this growing plastics manufacturer in Conover, NC.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 2+ years injection molding experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Must be open to working with a team and collaborating to maximize production
- Must be able to make process adjustments on machines to ensure quality parts are being produced
- Must be able to set and perform preventative maintenance on molds
- Physical demands such as standing, sitting, reaching, and grasping for long periods of time
- Lifting up to 50lbs
