Set up molds in various machines using precise processes and tools to ensure efficient machine operation. View job requirements, print work orders, and monitor the production schedule via company software. Learn molding cycles, perform preventive maintenance on molds, and prepare equipment for upcoming work orders. Troubleshoot basic equipment failures, respond to machine alarms, and execute water main shutoff and electrical power procedures. Report irregularities such as high scrap rates to the Team Lead or Lead Tech while strictly following all safety rules. Required Qualifications
