Job Summary
Process Technician for Sealed Air production line—responsible for safe, efficient line operation, accurate equipment setup, and parameter verification; perform line troubleshooting, packaging, loading, and basic maintenance; conduct line inspections, ensure accurate material quantities, and manage SAP/SymPLE data recording. Teach and mentor new trainees, adhere to BRC requirements and the quality plan, drive quality campaigns and CAPA within timelines, uphold housekeeping and EHS practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5 Whys, WAVE saving). Strong technical aptitude, English proficiency, and basic computer skills are required. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related field preferred.
