Process Technician - S-Nickel - Weekend Nights

Job Summary
Maintain demand for S-Nickel plating production by performing plating and masking of aircraft components to customer specifications. Prepare components, manage tank and chemistry maintenance, and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules for associated tooling. Execute prep, masking, and lacquer tasks as required while supporting continuous improvement, 5S activities, and standard work development. Coordinate priorities and process issues between operators and shifts, ensuring strict adherence to safety, PPE, and PAPR requirements. Work weekend nights (Friday-Sunday) from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am in an onsite role at RTX's Collins Aerospace division.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant plating/processing experience
- Process Engineering degree
- Experience in measuring equipment and tools
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Experience with various hand tools
- Experience in using calipers
- Experience in using elcometers
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR
- Successful candidate must meet all requirements under CCGP
- Work Shift: Weekend Nights (Friday-Sunday) 6:00 pm - 6:00 am
