Process Technician (Rotating Shift)

Job Summary
Operate and support aluminum remelting and processing operations across charting, melting, casting, homogenizing, sawing, packing, and loading; maintain a safe, incident-free work environment; perform routine minor maintenance; assist maintenance technicians; participate in process improvements; adhere to SOPs and quality requirements; rotate through all team roles; contribute to quality and customer satisfaction through diligent checks; communicate effectively in a diverse, cooperative team; work on the plant floor in a high-heat, loud environment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Knowledge of casting process and molten metal background desirable
- Minimum of two years stable work experience in an industrial environment
- Good communication skills and willingness to work on a diverse, cooperative team
- Willingness to work a rapid rotation swing shift on an EOWEO schedule
- Excellent attendance record
